Tom Henry Chevrolet – Commercial Land Development

This commercial land development project included the site re-design for Tom Henry Chevrolet in Richland Township, Allegheny County.

The project included the overall site re-design, parking plans, stormwater management and erosion & sedimentation control plans and the acquisition of all necessary permits and approvals from the Township, County and State.

Gibson-Thomas also performed all survey related tasks for the project.
