Municipal Authority of Buffalo Township GIS System
This project was completed to provide the Municipal Authority of Buffalo Township with a Geographic Information System of both their wastewater and drinking water systems. Our team was able to provide the Authority with GPS mapping of all of their manholes, valves, hydrants, and curb stops. Along with the mapping of their waste water system, inspections were completed on their manholes to provide them with the most accurate conditions of their facilities. Once all mapping was completed, a database of all facilities was developed.
This GIS map now provides the Authority with the ability to accurately know the attributes of all of their facilities and where they are located. It provides the Authority a mapping system that can be used daily by their entire staff.
