H.A. Stewart Dam

Located approximately 6 miles southeast of the City of Latrobe, H.A. Stewart Dam is a 775 foot long, 86 foot high, earth embankment dam that impounds the Latrobe Reservoir with 1.4 billion gallons of water at the normal pool elevation. Gibson-Thomas conducts the annual Dam Safety Inspection for this structure and provides engineering support as needed to the Latrobe Municipal Authority.
