This project included the completion of an Environmental Protection Agency – mandated Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan for the Indigo bus maintenance and refueling facility in Indiana, PA.
The plan was prepared and implemented in accordance with the EPA 40 CFR Part 112, issued under Section 311 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
