Rossiter Dam

Rossiter Dam is a 500-foot long, 14-foot high, earth embankment dam which supplies domestic water to the Town of Rossiter, Indiana County, for the Indiana County Municipal Services Authority. A 2009 construction project designed and managed by Gibson-Thomas installed new valves to provide upstream closure and repaired the spillway sidewalls, steps, and apron to comply with PA DEP requirements. A new emergency spillway for the Dam is presently under design.
