Indian Ridge – Residential Land Development
This residential land development project included the site design for a 31-Lot single-family home subdivision on 17-acres of land in North Strabane Township, Washington County.
The project included the overall site design, subdivision and land development plans, utility plans, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control plans and the acquisition of all necessary permits and approvals from the Township, County and State.
Gibson-Thomas also performed all survey related tasks for the project and individual home layout for the builder.
