Big Springs Dam

Big Springs Dam is a 1000 foot long, 43 foot high, earth embankment dam impounding 42 million gallons of water at normal pool. The reservoir serves as a domestic water supply source for the Highridge Water Authority, serving customers in Westmoreland and Indiana Counties. Gibson-Thomas performs the annual Dam Safety inspection for this structure.
