Hazel Lane Office Building – Commercial Land Development
This commercial land development project included the site design for a 36,000 square foot office building and associated parking facilities along Route 65 and the Ohio River in Edgeworth Borough, Allegheny County.
The project included the overall site design, stormwater management plans, erosion & sedimentation control plans, landscaping plans, lighting and photometric plans and the acquisition of all necessary permits and approvals from the Township, County and State.
Gibson-Thomas also performed the property survey and provided survey layout for construction of the building.
