Foxwood Estates
This project entailed the design, implementation and approval acquisitions for approximately 580 lineal feet of stream impacts associated with the construction of a 15-Lot residential subdivision.
Project tasks involved the environmental coordination with the PADEP and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to secure approvals of the design of a stream mitigation plan on-site to allow for the enclosure and impacts to the stream.
Gibson-Thomas assessed the pre-existing functions and values of the stream and wetlands, provided all necessary documentation reports and narratives to the PADEP and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, designed a stream mitigation plan with in-stream snag habitats, riparian area plantings and protection of the remaining stream buffer areas by conservation easements.
