Cosmopolitan Apartments – Commercial Land Development

This commercial land development project included the site design for a 149-unit apartment building in Ross Township, Allegheny County.

The project included the overall site design, parking plans, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control plans and the acquisition of all necessary permits and approvals form the Township, County and State.

Gibson-Thomas also performed all survey related tasks for the project.
