Arbor Trail – Residential Land Development

Phase I of this residential land development project included the site design for a 59-unit townhouse project in Robinson Township, Allegheny County.

The project included the overall site design, subdivision and land development plans, utility plans, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control plans and the acquisition of all necessary permits and approvals from the Township, County and State.

Gibson-Thomas also performed all survey related tasks for the project.
