The Fields of Nicholson – Multi-Family Residential Development

This multi-family residential land development project involved the subdivision and land development of a 26-acre property for a mix of duplex homes, villas and townhomes in Franklin Park Borough, Allegheny County.

The project tasks included all site design work necessary to attain Borough, County and State approvals for the subdivision and development of land. Gibson-Thomas provided engineering and land surveying services including final design plans, utility designs, stormwater management plans, environmental design services and construction surveying services.
