St. Vincent College
This project included the completion of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report for the Science Complex Construction project on the St. Vincent College Campus in Unity Township, Westmoreland County.
The Phase I ESA was completed in accordance with the provisions of the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM Designation: E1527-05) and met the project budget and delivery guidelines of the College.
