This 19-lot residential land development project consists of estate lots ranging in size from 3.00 acres to 11.0 acres on over 100-acres in scenic Marshall Township, Allegheny County.

The development tasks for this property included complying with Marshall Township Land Development Ordinances, County and State mandates for the access roadway to State highway and stormwater management and erosion & sedimentation control plan regulations.

The project was completed on-time and met the needs of the Owner/Developer with respect to maintaining the natural integrity of the land.
