Gibson-Thomas provided construction inspection services on this $7.3 million reconstruction project which consisted of the relocation of SR 4000 (Dearth Road) and T-553 (Canistra Road) 800 feet west of the existing location, and the widening of US 40 to accommodate left turn lanes.
