HyTyre Farms Multi-Family Residential Development

This multi-family residential land development project involved the subdivision and land development for a 92-unit carriage home community in West Deer Township, Allegheny County.

The project tasks included all site design work necessary to attain Township, County and State approvals for the subdivision and development of land. Gibson-Thomas provided engineering and land surveying services including preliminary conceptual plans, re-zoning, final design plans, utility designs, stormwater management plans, environmental design services and construction surveying services.
